30-Day Return Window
VELUNIQ offers a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered to your shipping address (or available for pickup at a FedEx location).
To initiate a return, contact our support team by email at support@veluniq.com or by phone at +1 (307) 381-4782. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping. Returns sent without an RA number will be refused at our facility and returned to sender.
Free return shipping. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid, insured FedEx shipping label at no cost. You never pay for return shipping with VELUNIQ.
Eligible Items & Condition Requirements
Most VELUNIQ products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following condition requirements:
Required Condition
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging, ring box, and pouch included
- Diamond grading certificate (IGI/GIA) must be included
- Security tag must be attached and intact
Not Eligible for Return
- ✕ Custom or bespoke designed jewelry
- ✕ Engraved or personalized items
- ✕ Items resized or modified after purchase
- ✕ Items worn, damaged, or with missing tags
- ✕ Loose diamonds over 5.0 carats
- ✕ Earrings with removed hygiene seals
- ✕ Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
Important: Security Tags
All items are shipped with a tamper-evident security tag. Do not remove this tag until you are certain you are keeping the item. Returns with a missing, removed, or tampered security tag will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Note on fees: Engraving fees ($25), ring sizing fees, and any expedited shipping surcharges paid at checkout are non-refundable, as these represent services already rendered.
How to Return (Step by Step)
Contact Support
Email support@veluniq.com or call +1 (307) 381-4782 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM ET) to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Your Return Authorization (RA) Number
Within 1 business day, you will receive an email with your RA number and a free prepaid, insured FedEx shipping label. Write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Pack Your Item Securely
Place the item in its original ring box or jewelry pouch. Include the diamond grading certificate (IGI/GIA). Double-box for security: place the jewelry box inside a small shipping box, then place that box inside the FedEx shipping box. A $200 replacement fee applies if the diamond certificate is missing.
Ship With Prepaid Label
Affix the prepaid FedEx label to the outer box and drop it off at a staffed FedEx location (not a drop box). Obtain and keep the drop-off receipt — this serves as your proof of shipment. Return shipping is completely free.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item to confirm it is in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Inspection is completed within 1-3 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirming approval or if any issues are found.
Refund Processed
Once approved, your refund is initiated to your original payment method. See "Refund Details" below for processing times by payment type.
Refund Details
All refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refund processing begins within 1-3 business days after inspection approval. The total time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

Return shipping cost: FREE — we provide a prepaid, insured FedEx label for all authorized returns. You never pay for return shipping.
Note: Expedited shipping surcharges paid at checkout are non-refundable. Refunds exclude any third-party payment processing fees that cannot be recovered by VELUNIQ.
Exchanges
Size Exchanges (Rings)
Need a different ring size? We offer one free resize within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order number and the new size, and we will provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive the ring, we will resize it and ship it back to you at no charge. Resizing typically takes 5-7 business days after receipt.
Different Product Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product entirely (e.g., a different ring style, a necklace instead of earrings), simply follow the return procedure above to return your original item for a full refund, and place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures the fastest turnaround and guarantees availability of your new selection.
Diamond Upgrades
Looking to upgrade your center stone? Our Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program allows you to exchange your original diamond for full credit toward a new diamond of at least 2x the value. See our warranty page for full details and conditions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. We will make it right immediately with an expedited replacement or full refund, and we cover all shipping costs.
Step 1: Document the issue. Take clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item. Include photos of the outer packaging if it was damaged during shipping.
Step 2: Contact us within 48 hours. Email support@veluniq.com with your order number and the photos. Include a brief description of the issue.
Step 3: Expedited resolution. We will respond within 1 business day with either a replacement shipped via overnight delivery at no cost, or a full refund — your choice. If we need the original item returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may require inspection.
