We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. The 30-day period begins on the day your order is available for pickup or delivered to your shipping address.
Important: Security Tags
Items are shipped with a security tag attached. Do not remove this tag until you are certain you are keeping the item. Returns without the security tag attached or with a tampered tag will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, or altered by a jeweler other than VELUNIQ.
- Custom designed jewelry (special requests outside our standard catalog options).
- Ring sizing fees (if resized after purchase).
- Engraving fees ($25 standard fee).
- Expedited shipping fees (if you paid extra for Saturday delivery).
How to Return (Step-by-Step)
- Obtain RMA Code: Email support@veluniq.com or call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization code.
- Package Your Return: Place all original packaging, including the ring box and the diamond grading certificate (IGI/GIA), into a shipping box.Note: A $200 replacement fee applies if the diamond certificate is missing.
- Double Box: For security, we require double-boxing. Place the jewelry box inside a small medium box, and place that box inside a FedEx shipping box.
- Label & Ship: We will provide a free, insured FedEx shipping label. Drop it off at a staffed FedEx location and obtain a receipt. Do not use a drop box.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item to confirm it is in original condition (typically within 2 business days). Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
- Affirm/Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later): Your loan balance will be adjusted, and any payments made will be refunded according to the financing provider's policies.
- Wire Transfer/Other: Refunded via check mailed to your billing address within 10-14 business days.
Note: Original shipping fees (if any were paid) are non-refundable. Refunds exclude any third-party payment processing fees that cannot be recovered.
