Product Descriptions

VELUNIQ specializes in lab-grown diamond jewelry, including engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. Our lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds and are graded by independent gemological laboratories (IGI, GIA).

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, carat weights, metal types, and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, photographs, or other content on our website are completely error-free, accurate, or current. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after confirmation is sent.

Your order is officially accepted when we charge your payment method and send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at no charge before it has shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@veluniq.com or call (307) 381-4782 with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Return Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, methods, costs, and delivery timeframes are governed by our Shipping Policy. Key highlights include:

• Free standard shipping on all US orders (5–7 business days)
• Express (2–3 days, $25) and overnight (next day, $50) options available
• Orders over $1,000 automatically upgraded to overnight shipping at no charge
• All shipments are fully insured with tracking and require an adult signature
• International shipping available to 30+ countries

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. VELUNIQ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Key highlights include:

• Free prepaid return shipping
• Full refund to original payment method
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags
• Custom, personalized, and engraved items are final sale

6. Lifetime Warranty

All VELUNIQ jewelry is backed by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. Key coverage includes:

• Lifetime coverage for manufacturing defects
• Free prong tightening (recommended annually)
• Free rhodium replating for white gold pieces
• Free re-polishing and professional cleaning
• Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program — credit 100% of your original diamond value toward a larger stone

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or loss/theft. Please refer to the full warranty policy for complete details and exclusions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the VELUNIQ website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, product images, jewelry designs, videos, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of VELUNIQ LLC or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website
• Use any VELUNIQ trademarks, logos, or branding for any commercial purpose
• Frame, mirror, or use meta tags or hidden text incorporating VELUNIQ's intellectual property
• Systematically download or scrape content from our website using automated tools

The VELUNIQ name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of VELUNIQ LLC. All other trademarks not owned by VELUNIQ that appear on our website are the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VELUNIQ LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of our website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

1. Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first at support@veluniq.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve your concern within 30 days.
2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
3. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Jurisdiction

For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Additional Provisions

Account Registration

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@veluniq.com of any unauthorized use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VELUNIQ LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our website.

Severability
