Order Processing Time

Every VELUNIQ piece is individually handcrafted to order by our artisans. Production begins on the next business day after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Total Time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. For example, a standard ring (5-8 days production) with free standard shipping (5-7 days transit) would arrive within approximately 10-15 business days from order placement.

VELUNIQ offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We also offer expedited options for US orders:

Delivery times listed above are from the date of shipment (after processing is complete), not the date the order is placed. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for security.

International Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping to over 30 countries via FedEx International Priority. Delivery times vary by destination:

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country's customs agency. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected upon delivery by the carrier or your country's customs office. VELUNIQ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to trade regulations and sanctions, we are unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, or the Central African Republic. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Order Tracking

Every VELUNIQ order includes a tracking number. Here is what to expect:

• Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details and order number.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
• Delivery Updates: You can track your package at any time using the tracking number on the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) or through our Order Tracking Page.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Signature Requirement

For the security of your jewelry, an adult signature is required for all deliveries. The carrier will not leave a package unattended. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will make up to three delivery attempts before holding the package at a nearby facility for pickup.

All packages are shipped in unmarked, discreet packaging with no external indication of the contents or the VELUNIQ brand name for your security and privacy.

Shipping Insurance

Every VELUNIQ shipment is fully insured at no additional cost to you. Our insurance covers the full retail value of your order during transit. The risk of loss or damage is 100% ours until the package is signed for by you or an authorized recipient at your delivery address.

PO Boxes, Military & Special Addresses

PO Boxes

Due to our signature-required delivery policy, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address where an adult can sign for the delivery. If you do not have access to a physical address, you may use the Hold For Pickup option below.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

We are proud to ship to our armed forces. Orders to military addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery (typically 1-3 weeks depending on the location), as these packages must be handed over to the Military Postal Service Agency. Military shipments are fully insured.

Hold For Pickup (FedEx Location)

Planning a surprise proposal and can't risk the ring arriving at home? We can ship your package directly to a local FedEx Office location. You can pick it up at your convenience (usually within 5 business days) by showing a valid photo ID. Select "Hold for Pickup" during checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.

Holiday Shipping Cutoff Dates

To ensure your gift arrives in time, please place your order by the following dates. Cutoff dates are based on standard shipping to the contiguous US — earlier deadlines apply for custom orders and international shipping.

Custom orders: Add 7–14 business days to the cutoff dates above. For engagement rings and custom designs, we recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks in advance during the holiday season. Dates are updated annually — check back in November for the latest Christmas cutoffs.
