Free Fully Insured Shipping

VELUNIQ is proud to offer free shipping on every order, regardless of the amount. For your peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured during transit. The risk of loss is 100% ours until the package is signed for by you.

Processing Time

  • Loose Diamonds: 1-4 Days
  • Engagement Rings: 1-3 Weeks
  • Custom Designs: 4-6 Weeks

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method:

  • Domestic (Continental US): 1-3 Business Days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 3-5 Business Days
  • International: 5-10 Business Days
  • APO/FPO/DPO Military: 1-3 Weeks

Total Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time. For example, an engagement ring (1-3 weeks processing) shipped domestically (1-3 days delivery) would arrive within approximately 1-3.5 weeks from order placement.

Shipping Methods

We utilize FedEx or UPS for all shipments. The specific service depends on the value of your order:

  • Orders under $500: FedEx 2-Day or Ground.
  • Orders $500 - $1,000: FedEx 2-Day Air.
  • Orders over $1,000: FedEx Priority Overnight (Next Business Day delivery by 10:30 AM to most addresses).

Hold For Pickup (FedEx Location)

Planning a surprise proposal and can't risk the ring arriving at home? We can ship your package directly to a local FedEx Office location. You can pick it up at your convenience (usually within 5 business days) by showing a valid photo ID. Select "Hold for Pickup" during checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.

International Shipping

We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. Please note:

  • Taxes & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by their country's customs agency. VELUNIQ collects these at checkout for some countries, or they may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
  • Carrier: International orders are typically shipped via FedEx International Priority.
  • Restrictions: We cannot ship to Russia or the Central African Republic due to trade regulations.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

We are proud to ship to our armed forces. Orders to military addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery (typically 1-3 weeks depending on the location) as these packages must be handed over to the Military Postal Service Agency.
