“Two stars reflects our experience with the first ring, not the brand overall. The original marquise we received had a small chip on one prong tip — we caught it under bright light a few days after the proposal. Reporting it was easy and VELUNIQ replaced the ring at no cost, but the whole process took about three weeks and the proposal-week photos all feature the chipped one. The replacement is beautiful and we'd consider buying again, but I'd recommend asking for a video inspection before signing for the package.”
